CNX-One — Privacy Policy

CNX-One is the internal workforce app of Connexxions Bus, Inc. ("Connexxions", "we"). It is provided to our employees and team members for company operations. This policy explains what the app collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account & contact info — your name, work email, and phone number.
• Work data — your schedule, work-order assignments, time-off requests, and time-clock punches.
• Location — your device location is recorded at the moment you clock in and out, to confirm on-site attendance. The app does not track your location in the background.
• Photos — images you choose to attach to fuel receipts, expense receipts, incident reports, or chat messages.
• Messages — content you send through in-app messaging.
• Device token — a push-notification identifier so we can send you work and company notifications.

How we use it

Solely to run the company: scheduling and dispatch, payroll and time tracking, fleet and fuel operations, safety and incident records, and internal communication. We do not use your information for advertising.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate the app — Amazon Web Services (hosting and secure storage) and Expo (push-notification delivery) — who process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a team member and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can turn off location and notification permissions in your device settings. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us.
